Gentle Request
We Ask That You Provide Your Own Bath Towels and Bath Products (Soap, Shampoo etc..) ALL Cottages are Equipped with Smoke Detectors, a Carbon Monoxide Detector, a Gas Detector, and Fire Extinguishers We DO NOT Allow DEEP-FRYING Inside ANY of the Cottages in Accordance with the Fire Marshal and Kawartha Lakes Health Dept. ALL Cottages are NON-SMOKING in Accordance with the Fire Marshal and Kawartha Lakes Health Dept. Ashtrays Will Be Provided on the Enclosed Patio at Your Cottage
Please Note:
There will be a non-refundable deposit of $250 to hold your cottage booking and for boat booking we do require a $100 non refundable deposit. There Will Be a $150 Fine Applied to your Credit Card if ANY Signs of Smoking Were Taking Place Inside the Newly Rebuilt Cottage In Accordance with the Fire Marshal and City of Kawarthra Lakes Health Dept There Will Be a $150 Clean-up/Steam Cleaning Fee Applied to Your Credit Card If Pet (Vomit, Urine, Feces etc...) are Smelled/Found Inside the Newly Rebuilt Cottage
